Cloudforce BPO (Pvt) Ltd is the Sri Lankan subsidiary of Powers Financial Group. Powers is a well-established Accounting & Financial Advisory firm with over 70 staff working across four Australian offices located in Brisbane, Biloela, Monto and Rockhampton plus a new office at Kiribathgoda, Sri Lanka. Cloudforce is currently seeking an experienced Website/ Web Application Developer to join our Cloud Business Support Team in the Kiribathgoda office.
Key characteristics sought are:
✓ Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree – Graphic Design/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent ✓ A minimum 3-5 years’ hands on experience in the related field (Website Development, Web Application Development, Graphic Designing Social Media Marketing, Data Base Administration, Networking, Digital Marketing Content, External Media Activities, Etc.)
✓ Very high level of English communication skills both written and verbal
✓ High level of confidentiality
✓ Have advanced knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, WordPress, pHp, HTMLS, XML, ASP, Adobe CS6 Photoshop, InDesign, Prezi, adobe CS6 suite or similar programs
✓ Strong client focus, coordination and time management skills
✓ Previous exposure to dealing with international clients preferably in the BPO sector
✓ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal and problem solving skills
✓ Ability to work autonomously and think outside the box
✓ A can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task
