About the job:
This is a role focused on relationship management centered on the management of a portfolio of premium sellers all across Sri Lanka for Kaymu.lk. In this capacity you will be responsible building and maintaining long term relationship with the top accounts.
• Use industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, our value proposition for buyers and sellers, and dynamics within the vertical
• Drive performance of Kaymu sellers through shop consultation, strong customer service and negotiation of deals
• Management and optimization of seller performance on the platform
• Analysis of market trends and an ability to benchmark price points across multiple categories from both online and offline competitors
• Strong focus on the importance of best-in-class Customer Service
• Regular reporting and focus on key KPIs to ensure quick results and personal development
Who we’re looking for The ideal candidate has experience in sales, strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be advantageous), proficiency in the use of MS Office tools, good analytical ability, comfortable with numbers with good problem-solving skills and a strong team player. 2 to 5 years of sales experience or account management is beneficial. Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives
