Legal Executive
The successful candidate should be a dynamic individual who would be a part of the CSE Legal Division and would be responsible for;
– Reviewing, drafting and duly executing agreements / deeds and other legal documents
– Drafting of Listing Rules, Stockbroker Rules (CSE Rules) and Rules of the Central Depository
– Carrying out research pertaining to CSE/CDS Rules and legal matters
– Attending to litigation matters of the CSE.
Candidate Profile:-
– The right candidate should have a degree in Law or an Attorney-at-Law.
– He/ She should have a good knowledge in Corporate Law and Contract Law.
– The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in handling corporate Law.
– Experience in handling securities Law would be a distinct advantage.
– The candidate should have a high degree of drafting skills coupled with good analytical skills.
– He/ She should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
– Should be a good team player.
– Should be below 30 years of age.
