IT Executive:
As the IT Executive, you will be responsible for providing support to guests and colleagues in a timely manner. You must have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and be flexible to report to duty as and when required and work extended hours if required.
This might be you if you…
• Have a B.Sc. in IT or any other IT relevant qualification – minimum HND.
• Have at least 3 -4 years experience in the capacity of IT Executive in Hospitality Sector.
• Able to install software, hardware and network infrastructure with minimum supervision.
• Have excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Have experience in Opera PMS
• Have experience in POS solutions
• Have experience in working with Back Up and Storage solutions.
• Have experience in working with Windows servers and ensuring that servers are up-to-date, preference will be given to candidates with Microsoft Certifications.
• Have sound knowledge and experience in CISCO networking equipment, preference will be given to candidates with CISCO certification.
• Have sound knowledge and experience in Fortigate firewall (preferred)
• Have experience in managing and troubleshooting Wi-Fi Controllers and Wi-Fi Aps, preference will be given to candidates with experience in Rukus infrastructure.
• Have experience in installing, managing and troubleshooting anti-virus solutions, preference will be given to candidates with experience in Symantec.
