Human Resources Executive
Job Profile
– Hands on experience in the all key result areas of HRM specially Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, Formulation of personnel procedures and practices etc.
– Monitoring and handling monthly attendance & payroll system in coordination with System Administrator.
– Maintaining employee relations.
– Responsible for employee welfare, Health, and safety activities.
– Conversant in relevant labour laws/regulations and good understanding of modern HR practices.
– Make presence in the legal bodies upon the requirement of time to time.
Job Requirements:
– Professionally qualified (Full/Part) in the Human Resources Management preferably in IPM or NIBM.
– Should posses good command in English and interpersonal skills.
– Should have more than 2 years experience in similar capacity in an industrial/manufacturing organization preferably having ISO certification.
– Should possess good analytical skills and required to be FT literate.
– Age between 24-30 Yrs.
