Expertise in setting up of Role, Responsibility & Accountabilities (RRA)
Always lead the initiatives like QC Circles, Kaizen & other employee involvement initiatives.
To identify training & development needs & rolling out annual training plan through monthly event plan.
Setting up & developing training infrastructure.
To ensure mapping effectiveness of training & coordinate follow up sessions.
Experience : 12 – 18 Years
