– The Club agent (Butler) ensures that they wear their full Sofitel uniform including the name tag jewelry meeting Sofitel specification.
– The Club Agent (Butler) should be completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that Sofitel Mumbai BKC provides to its guests and visitors.
– The Club Agent (Butler) should be fully aware of all arrivals to the Hotel, and in particular, VIP and return guests specially Club Millesime guest, and any special requests so that they may be action accordingly.
