Position:

– Due to continuous growth and expansion the software division is looking to enhance our staff with Business Analyst. This is a full-time position reporting to Director.
– The person will become a primary contributor in aspects of software development including new releases of our software products.
– Using your background in financial, document management, systems implementation/analysis or software development, you will work closely with the marketing team and customers to create the software designs and enhancement of our new and existing products. Both creativity and attention to detail are required to successfully perform in this position.

Job Responsibilities:

The position requires the following:

Work as part of the software team to create new and update existing software design documents.

• Conduct detailed feature requirements gathering sessions.
• Participation in team brainstorming and problem solving/design sessions.
• The entry and update of design tasks into the development tracking software.
• Completion and ongoing maintenance of the design documents including the creating of process flowcharts, wireframes, user interface screens, field specifications, and sample reports.
• Create and maintain all End-User Help documentation and Release Notes for each product release.

Qualifications:

• Previous software or work experience in areas of financial service operations.
• Experience in identifying user personas, stories, and business process analysis.
• Experience in creating wireframe diagrams used in the design of the user interface to meet the business process/work flow requirements.
• General proficiency with Office 2013.
• Competent in working effectively with minimal supervision and to take initiative in problem solving
• Ability to complete assigned workload effectively; considered a self-starter and viewed as a dependable employee
• Willingness to assist Team Members when needed and to perform duties over and above those listed in the job description, including special projects.
• Ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude necessary to achieve team goals
• Excellent organizational skills and communications skills.
