Required Ss / Qualifications:

– Minimum 3 years software development experience including full lifecycle.
– Minimum 2 years .NET experience.
– Experience with UML and Object Oriented Design and Development.
– Experience with Service Oriented Architecture – .Net.
– Experience with enterprise database – SQL Server 2008.
– Experience with Visual Studio Development Environment – Visual Studio 2008, C#.NET, WCF – MUST.
– Experience Session Management, Query Optimization, Performance Bench Marking Techniques – Preferred.
– MCP Certification.
– Hands on experience in managing a Team and capable of developing source code quickly.
– Must have experience working with minimal supervision of managers, leads and assists junior consultants in resolving routine problems, and is capable of resolving non-routine problems.

– Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, remain flexible, meet deadlines.
– Excellent oral and written communication ss, ability to communicate with people at all levels, strong interpersonal ss, and superior organizational ss.
– Excellent customer service and teamwork ss required.
– Flexibility to work overtime and on weeks in support of special requests.
– Must be able to track and report progress on a weekly basis to Technical Lead.
– Experience working in a high-stress, fast-paced, detail oriented environment.
– Must be able to juggle multiple competing deadlines.
– Must be able to function as the technical lead on small projects or portions of larger projects.
– Experience solving problems to develop recommendations for business solutions or technical applications.
– Understand and be able to review the technical content prepared by junior consultants for accuracy.
– Applies technical expertise to support the development of the technology architecture and the total system solution.

Experience with Defect Tracking Tools:

– Experience with Source Control Tools – Team Foundation Server {TFS} and Visual Source Safe {VSS} preferred.
– Takes responsibility for the complete integrity of a portion or the entire small or major solution area as designated in the project plan.
– Advises, analyzes, researches, designs, installs, implements and supports complex technology infrastructure solutions for a client unit or organization.
– Uses industry standard graphical modeling languages and tools to develop implementation designs.

Prior work experience should include:

– Experience in two or more project related roles such as implementer, integrator, test analyst, system administrator, tool specialist, support engineer, or architect.
– Knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming Excellent customer service and communication ss, both written and verbal.
– Ability to handle assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
