Team Leader-Female
– Degree in any field(Marketing/Business Admin/Physical or any field)
– Several years of experience managing people and teams (depends on the size of the organization)
– Age between 24-28
– Ideally 1 year of experience executing or being involved in promotional activities or events
– Minimum 2 years of experience in the student community
– Experience in frequent & detailed control procedures
Feels confident with and excels in:
– Interpersonal & communication skills
– Organizational skills
– Multitasking across various responsibilities and projects
– Coaching and training individuals and teams
– Presenting to a large audience
– An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’
– Solid analytical skills and proactive
– Excellence in Execution” Focus
– Project Management and Conflict and Performance Management
– Consumer insights (digital, trends, “uni life”, moving patterns, etc.)
– Should need to manage teams
– Had been involved in some student organizations
