– Candidate will be responsible for production activities in shifts.
– He will be responsible for achievement of required production quality and quantity targets.
– He will look after the manpower management for smooth functioning of the department.
– He will also ensure the quality standards as per buyers specifications and requirements for the export and domestic orders.
– He will prepare the shift reports, analyse and take corrective and preventive action.
