Marketing and Communication Assistant/Junior Executive (Colombo)

Job Responsibilities:
• Liaise closely with brand marketers, agencies, and cross-functional teams in the creation of communication strategies, ideas, and plans
• Work with other teams, both internal and external, to discover innovative ideas and formulate unbeatable marketing plans across all channels to contribute to develop annual marketing and communication plan and budget
• Build relationships across disciplines as well as with external partners
• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive and accurate knowledge of the MI brand – category, consumer and communications landscape
• Ensure the availability of promotional materials at branch level and keep track records of same
• Provide support to execute and participate branch wise promotional campaigns
Your Role:
• Between the age of 20 – 25 years
• Willing to travel outstation
• Ability to work in a tight scheduled
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Having a riding license
