Requirement
– Age below 45
– Should be a Male candidate
– Should be team player, hardworking ,young energetic person
– Minimum of 2-3 Years Assistant Manager or Managerial level experience in Compliance
– Compliance experience in Textile or Apparel Sector
– Excellent knowledge in Ms Excel and computer knowledge will be preferable.
– Remuneration: (Negotiable)
Responsibilities
– Handling customers / Social Compliance Audits / On Time customer on boarding
– Contribute to the development and revision of policies, strategies, guidelines, formats/manuals, tools and procedures, in particular to social compliance requirements.
– Evaluate and monitor hazardous work environments and make sure there are workplace is free from Critical Risks.
– Customer Engagement and on-time Corrective Action Submission.
– Project Execution
– Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by
management
