In Colombo, APAC (Pvt) Limited we have started with 15 employees in April 2014 and will grow towards employing 160 FTEs in 3 to 4 years.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Safeguarding the financial position in line with corporate and legal guidelines
• Working closely with the General Manager and the company’s headquarters on the business development and growth
• Managing the financial administration, payroll, accounting and control practice
• Act as the contact person towards all local authorities and partners (e.g. BOI, tax authorities, bank, auditor)
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A University degree with a background in accounting, control/business economics or finance
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the fields of financial management or financial control
• A strong communicator fluent in English, both written and spoken forms
Preferably,
• Previous experience in working for an international firm
• Involvement in starting up or expanding a new company
• Previous experience in the IT/Software industry, Microsoft Navision (accounting). Ability to implement new software (e.g. HR and Payroll system)
• Assertive / Pro-active / entrepreneurial
The ideal candidate should be below the age of 40 years.
