Accounts Assistant

Job Role:
– Entering all monthly bills in to the QB system on time
– Settlement of payments within the credit period and filing the payment vouchers in the relevant file.
– Raising various invoice weekly
– Payment Collection within the credit periods
– Completion of monthly bank reconciliations on time.
– Filing of Banking Documents
– Preparation of dashboards for operations on time
– Preparation of Spare Part Stock reconciliation reports
Qualifications & Experience
– Passed the GCE (A/L) in Commerce stream
– Partly qualified in ICASL or CIMA or fully qualified in AAT
– Experience in using QB accounting system
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
– Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
– Ability work with minimum supervision
The remuneration package is negotiable and is based on qualifications & experience.
