The position will require you to work Australian Standard business hours (GMT+10)

Technical Support Analyst

Duties Includes:

– Perform manual security check
– Monitor server and systems
– Perform manual file submission and integrity checks
– Level 1 Phone and email support for Paycorp Customers
– Skilled staff will also assist with product implementation.

In addition to a positive and enthusiastic disposition other skills you might possess are:

– IT/Helpdesk experience or strong technical aptitude
– Call Centre Support in a Financial or IT background
– Proven experience managing administrative and finance functions within a professional organization
– Server/PC Trouble shooting
– Some accounting or banking knowledge
– Good at building and maintaining relationships
– Knowledge of SQL, Linux, Java, Web Services, SSL Certificates and HTML
– Demonstrated ability to implement Paycorp;s products.
