Job Responsibilities:

– Deliver Flash-based assessment simulations that utilise all appropriate security features of Flash to protect Kenexa ‘s IP and maintain assessment validity.
– Formulate robust technical solutions that compliment creative and client requirements.
– Manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
– Develop secure, interactive simulations for online assessment.
– Program Flash simulations combining text and audio (created by Assessment) and static and animated content (created by artist/animator).
– Provide internal consultancy to KAS/Prove It! team (Philadelphia) and QTE (London) on integrating Flash with existing assessment platforms and their APIs.
– Work proactively and communicate with KAS team and Assessment Consulting.
– Contribute to simulation project scoping and planning.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Requirements:

– Must have a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or relevant Engineering field.
– 4-5 years experience in developing interactive simulations or games.
– Excellent technical skills and a strong portfolio of interactive projects.
– Expert level knowledge of Flash, Action Script 2 and 3.
– Intermediate knowledge of XML.
– Intermediate level user of Photoshop, Flash design and animation experience.
– Intermediate skills in interface design.
– Excellent written and oral communications skills.
– Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information.
– Team player with strong negotiation and diplomacy skills.
