Sales Support Officer (Male)

We are on the lookout for a Sales Support Officer for our well reputed client company located in Colombo.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Processing a high volume of product orders
Processing invoices for all sales transactions
Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
Liaise with warehouse regarding prompt deliveries made to Distributors
Reporting Daily/weekly/monthly sales results to the sales team.
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team objectives.
Preparing Sales Incentives
Preparing transport allowances for payments
Follow up on instructions given by HOS/Sales Lead
Required Educational/Professional Qualifications/Experience
Candidate should pass GCE A/L
Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
Professional qualifications in Sales & prior working experience with SAP will be added advantage.
1 to 2 years of experience in similar position in FMCG Company
Desired behavioral competencies
Should be willing to work in excess of usual business opening and closing times
Able to work under pressure
Should possess excellent PR skills
