Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager (Sri Lanka)

You should ideally;
• be below 36 years of age
• possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA or AIB
• possess at least 6 years of post qualifying executive experience (exposure to project lending will be a distinct advantage)
• have the ability to analyze diverse industries and possess good numerate skills
• be aware of the business, commercial & economic environment
• have the ability to build & maintain relationships with clients and the general industry
• have excellent communication & negotiation skills
• have the ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask
You will be responsible for,
• appraising & recommending loans & other financial proposals of the Bank
• implementation of projects, monitoring & following up of same
• maintaining & improving the quality of the portfolio
• originating new client relationships & promoting facilities whilst maintaining existing client relationships
Applicants who do not possess 6 years of post-qualifying executive experience will be considered for recruitment as Assistant Relationship Managers.
