Employing over 3500 employees and having 3 world-class manufacturing facilities, the group has ambitious plans to accelerate growth. We are in need of a talented Senior Factory Manager to take up the challenge!
Post of Senior Factory Manager
Job Expectation:
– Must ensure to maintain high level of motivation throughout the entire workforce to enable the smooth function of the factory.
– Must have a high-level of quality awareness to meet the stringent demands of our buyers.
– Good knowledge of lean production methods to improve the work processes to enhance efficiency and to be cost effectiveness.
– Monitor new methods & systems introduced to increase the efficiency level of the Plant.
– Must have great Leadership qualities to create a positive work environment, drive profits & lead the organization towards a dynamic culture.
– Hunger for results and appetite for smart methodical work.
Qualifications and Experience:
– 10 years experience in the industry of which 5 years at a senior management level.
– Degree \ Diploma in related field.
– Age below 45 years.
