Job Description:

Responsible for recruitment, performance management, statutory compliances, attendance & leave monitoring, monitoring employee welfare, formulating and implementing policies and procedures. Formulate and implement HR policies, recruitment, induction and training & development Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Effective manpower planning and formulating strategies to enhance manpower productivity. Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations. Pay Roll Any other assignment as deemed fit by the Management.
