Job Description:

Excellent communication, analytical & leadership skills, capable of handling larger responsibilities automated HRIS (SAP) exposure preferred Responsible for the overall operation of the Payroll Department.

Ensure successful completion of the monthly payroll, the timely submission of payroll reports and the timely payment of payroll taxes and retirement payments, resolve payroll issues and problems. Responsible for Supervising and developing HR services team members. Ensure that the payroll data and records are well kept and provide support to the auditors with the required information.

Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations Partner with other HR functions in aligning and implementing a more sophisticated payroll and benefits system Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.) Provides support on understanding and application of the Human Resources Policies and Processes, Ensure support and be key contact person for all related query Designs, implements and maintains employee database within the HR Information, Ensures the personal records for all the employees.

Co ordinates employee climate surveys and monitors implementation of the action plans to enhance employees motivation.
