Telemarketing Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products
* Handle all incoming telephone communications
* Explain the product or service to potential customers
* Provide pricing details
* Handle customer questions
* Receive orders over the telephone
* Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
* Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
* Logging calls (Including time, date and caller details)
* Record customer details including reaction to the product offered
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala Languages
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
* Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage
Professional Audio Technicians – Fresher/Experienced
Duties & Responsibilities
* Ability to set up speakers and power required for the sound system rentals
* Ability to set up and operate small and medium jobs independently
* Ability to fault find in chosen discipline
Requirements:
* Love for music
* Basic understanding of power
* Good written and spoken English, Sinhala
* Basic understanding of reading technical plans
Logistics Assistant – Imports
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Trace and track purchase processes
* Interact with freight forwarders
* Updating shipment information
* Organize files both manually and electronically
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Age above 25 years
* Minimum of one year experience in the Import/export procedures
* Should be familiarized with Microsoft Office packages
Sales Associate – Musical Instruments
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Self-motivated & team player
* Ensuring an outstanding service by greeting and approaching every customer
* Arrangement of product demonstration
* Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
* Should participate In trade events when required
* Should be familiarized with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Requirements:
* Should be able to play an instrument, i.e. guitar, organ, drums or piano
* Excellent command of English with perfect communication and presentation skills
* Good knowledge on Musical Instruments
* Age – Less than 30 years
Sales Associate – Home Audio
Duties & Responsibilities:
A Self-motivated & team player A Ensuring an outstanding service by greeting and approaching every customer A Arrangement of product demonstration A Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions A Should participate in trade events when required A Should be familiarized with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Requirements:
* Experience in selling Home Audio Equipment is

* Good knowledge about the technical aspects of Home Audio products
* Age – Less than 30 years
Stores Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Keep records of items shipped, received or transferred to another location
* To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
* To maintain proper records A Maintain stock levels
* To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes
* To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, etc.
Requirements:
* Preference will be given to those who have minimum of 1 year work experience in stores operation (Especially on 5S concepts.)
* Knowledge on MS Office and general computer knowledge is essential
* Having a valid driving license is an added advantage
