Human Resources Executive
Key Responsibilities:
– Updating of HR manual
– Monitoring KPls
– Career and Succession planning
– Co-ordinating Performance appraisal
Requirements:
– HR Degree or Diploma from a recognized institute.
– Minimum 05 years experience in a similar position.
– Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala
– Excellent inter – personal relations at all level.
– Computer literacy.
