Who are we looking for?

Full Time -.NET, C++, and Mobile Developers

We are looking for the following resources to work on permanent basis at our development centre in Sri Lanka for on-going 1T Outsourcing projects.

Senior Software Engineer (SSE) positions – Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience involving software development preferably in offshore projects for .Net and C++

Software Engineer (SE) positions – Minimum 2 years’ experience involving software development preferably in offshore projects for .NET, C++ and Mobile (Android & iOS).

What are our Expectations for the ideal candidate?

• Degree in IT or a related field /Any other equivalent professional qualifications
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written English
• Full software development life cycle exposure in developing enterprise applications
• Ability to define and implement quality assurance strategies including unit testing and code reviews
• Proven initiative and good analytical / problem solving skills
• Know how within OOA & OOD is essential
• Knowledge and experience in the MEAN Stack: MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS and Node.js would definitely be an added advantage for all positions
• Knowledge in Open Source technologies in a definite plus but not essential
• Willingness to learn and adopt to new technologies by suggesting improvements to development methodologies
• Ability to work within deadlines individually and as a team
• Ability to understand the importance of client service
• Innovative and forward thinking

Are you competent with our Technological Expectations?

Given below are the technologies stacks for our engagements and it’s important that the applicants are familiar with majority of the core tools, skills and technologies.

.NET Development Stream (SE & SSE Positions)

• Highly proficient in NET Technologies (C#, ASP.Net, Web Services, WPF)
• Should be competent in writing efficient HTML and CSS
• Familiar with Java Script development and frameworks (/Query, Prototype)
• Experience in Microsoft design patterns & practices such as MVCS – Razor, MVVM
• Knowledge in third party controls such as Telerik and DevExpress would be advantageous
• Knowledge in QT Framework

C++ Development Stream (SE & SSE Positions)

• Highly familiarized with C++, Boost and OpenGL technologies
• Experience with image processing applications using C++
• Familiar with Java Script development and frameworks (/Query, Prototype)
• Experienced in working with IDEs such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse
• Knowledge in third party controls such as VTK and Unity would be advantageous

Mobile Development Stream – iOS & Android (SE Positions)

• Strong working experience with Objective-C for iOS and Java for Android mobile development
• Experience in working on IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ and Xcode is vital
• Good working knowledge on SQL and DBMS such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge in Phone gap and Titanium
• Knowledge on Java and JQuery would be an added advantage
• Experience in providing solutions for API code when required would be an added advantage
