The Company, with the objective of embarking into the next phase of growth, wishes to develop its Fixed Deposits, Leasing, Hire Purchases, Pawning and increase performance in the market place.
We invite applications from suitable candidates for the below mentioned positions.
Assistant Manager – Fixed Deposits (Badulla, Godagama, Kandy, Matugama, Mullativu and Narammala)
We are looking for young enthusiastic individual who can develop the corporate identity, product portfolio and head the marketing team in mobilizing public deposits. He/she is expected to canvass fixed deposits- both for individuals and corporates.
Credentials
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the Finance and Leasing sector at a Senior Level
– Fluent trilingual skills is an added advantage
– Qualifications such as CIM/CIM/V BSc is preferred
– Applicants should be currently holding a portfolio over Rs. 20Mn
– Should have excellent customer relations and team building skills
– Proven honesty and integrity in a similar position for a considerable period.
– Higher level of leadership qualities and the ability of meeting deadlines.
Marketing Executive – Fixed Deposits (Colombo, Anuradhapura, Badulla, Godagama, Kandy, Matara, Matugama, Minuwangoda)
We are looking for young enthusiastic individuals who possesses a flair of canvassing fixed deposits- both for individuals and corporates.
Credentials
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the Finance and Leasing sector
– G.C.E.Advanced Level
– Higher Educational & Professional Qualifications will be an added advantage.
– Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel etc)
– Should have excellent analytical skills, interpersonal & communication skills
– Proven honesty and integrity in a similar position for a considerable period.
The right candidates will be able to draw an attractive package inclusive of commission, based on the volume of deposits canvassed.
