Business Analyst
who we’re looking for
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can take responsibility for a significant portion of the problem-solving element in our client engagements. This role will require strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
The candidate will play an integral role within the team, working with product managers, directors & client executives to consult on, design & deliver software products that parallel overall client business objectives.
Requirements
what we’re looking for
* Graduate or Master’s Degree with 1-4 years’ experience in similar capacity.
* Good knowledge of system & requirements analysis/definition tools & techniques
* Fast learner; able to quickly grasp new systems, applications & technologies
* Ability to be cross-trained in business process & technology implementations
* Flexible, self motivated & able to work independently and in small to mid-sized teams
* Ability to work under direction of Product Managers to understand & document business processes, operational models & product requirements
* Ability to work with & support multiple stakeholders, including company & client executives & software development & quality assurance teams
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
