Job Description:
– Will be incharge of the works for the lonavala project.
– Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control.
– Supervisors & foreman for proper allocation and planning of works.
– Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines.
– Review and approve construction, purchase, installation and commissioning.
– Coordination between architects and contractors.
– Maintaining strict quality control procedures regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
– Forecasting the course of action of the project.
Experience : 5 – 10 Years
