Manager/Assistant Manager Human Resource – Galle District
Candidate Profile:
• G.C.E. A/L Qualified.
• Diploma or minimum Certificate level qualifications in HR Management.
• Preference would be given to candidates with degree in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English Language.
• Good knowledge on EPF, ETF matters.
• Preparation of Salaries, maintaining personal files, and attendance records and also have a general knowledge of HR and labor related issued and HRD.
• Should be able to work in a computerized environment.
• Should have a good knowledge on computerized Time and Attendance systems.
• Should possess at least three year experience as a HR Executive in a manufacturing environment.
