Job Responsibilities include
– Ability to operate HRIS & Payroll system.
– Facilitating new comers on boarding formalities and documentation works.
– Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefits documentation.
– Handling HR documentation and personal files
– Employees’ welfare, engagement and employee’s relation activities.
– Other HR related documents preparation and activities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tamil Language.
– Monthly EPF / ETF documents preparation and payments procedure handling experience
– English written and verbal communication skills
– Handling Industrial / Employees relations and Social compliance audit knowledge and experience

Candidate Profile:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of Human resources Management
– Completed CCHRM Or Diploma at IPM / NIBM or relevant qualifications
– Sound Knowledge in MS office package (Excel / Word / Power point)
– Age should be 20 ~ 30 years.
