Job Description:
An ideal candidate would be 6-8 years of experience as Manager or Assistant Manager HR in a small or medium sized company. Exposure to IT and Education business is preferred.
– He should develop HR strategy and processes & policies.
– Coordinate with local authorities for Statutory requirements.
– Coordinate with various Department Heads to work on their manpower requirements.
– Prepare HR Manual & Monitoring mechanism.
– Payroll Administration.
– Conduct Training Programs to develop Culture, Motivation & Attitudinal issues.
– Handling employee grievances.
– Recruitment of various levels within specified time.
– Lead the HR Department.
– Prepare HR budget for the year.
– Conduct Performance Appraisal, Competency Mapping.
