Field Sales Representative (Mumbai)

Job Details:
– Assigned to a number of Dealers under a Distributor/Franchisee.
– Visit Dealers on a Daily Basis.
Work with Dealers to:
– Provide them with full product knowledge.
– Help them push sales of our products.
– Assist them with sales foreign and new product selection.
– Ensure sufficient stocks to sustain demand.
– Constantly improve the placement of our products.
– Check that customers are atted correctly and that the shop is maintained at a high standard.
– Verify that any after-sales issues are atted adequately.
Work with Distributor to:
– Monitor their sales effort and growth of Dealer network.
– Collect payments on time.
– Provide management with daily reports on: sales, payments, store maintenance, customer attention and after-sales.
Candidate Profile:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
– Detailed product knowledge: Kitchen, Personal Care and Home Appliances, and Electronics.
– Local market insight and network.
– Always positive sales attitude.
– Basic computing ss: Outlook, Word, Excel.
– Fluent in Hindi and Marathi.
