Rainbow Resources Lanka, RRL is a not for profit making organization working in the development sector for over ten years.
We have a vacancy for a dynamic young programme management professional to take forward the Programme Management work of the organization to its’ next phase.
The ideal candidate will be an initiator with strong leadership skills and be a peoples’ person, with passion to make a difference for the better in the lives of vulnerable and marginalized people in Sri Lanka.
He/ She should have the following credentials:
1. A Degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification
2. At least 5 years work experience in Programme Management in a not for profit organization or NGO.
3. An excellent command of English and Sinhala and or Tamil languages with proven skills in writing proposals and reports in the English Language for international donors
4. Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
5. Experience in field work and ability to travel independently.
