Job Description:
Candidates must be Masters in Social Work / MBA / Post Graduation in Human Resources discipline with law degree having around 5 to 8 years experience of which, minimum 2-3 years experience in Human Resources Department activities in Managerial, category. Candidate should be good in communication and inter personal skills.
– Supporting all HR related activities.
– Good exposure in handling Recruitment
– Good exposure to Statutory compliances of various labour legislations, Welfare and General Administration and Industrial Relations.
– Candidate should be able to liaise with Government Authorities
independently.
– Candidates must have good exposure to Computer Operation with
knowledge of MS Office. Preference will be given to those with SAP knowledge.
– Exposure to ISO 9001-2008 version QMS is required.
– Experience in handling all training activities.
