Job Description:
– The applicant must be an MBA in HR from premier institutes with good recruitment experience.
– Must have done extensive hiring (not just sourcing) for atleast 1 year
– Must have worked in fast paced environments
– Preferably a 2008/2009 pass out only
– Scholastic academic background is a must.
– Must be people oriented and affable; should have an aptitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment and flexible with working hours.
– Should have good communication skills and extremely good interpersonal skills.
– Must have a corporate experience and not from a search firm
– Must be open to travelling (at times)
Experience: 2 – 4 years.
