Young, Energetic & Dynamic Graduate 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management with 4 to 6 years experience in Hotel Industry with reputed Hotels.
Should have strong Cusine Knowledge. Result orientated. Self motivate. Leadership, Hardworking & Positive. Resource will be responsible for planning, directing food preparation & supervising other kitchen staff. To assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, purchase indenting, stores, requisition and upkeep and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
