Reservations Gateway (Pvt) Ltd is the fully owned development and support center of Reservations Gateway Inc, a US based Travel Technology Company (www.rezgateway.com). Rezgateway develops and operates reservation and back office systems for the global travel industry.
Intern- Online Marketing Coordination
Marketing Coordinator will be the first point of contact executing effective marketing communication strategies aligned within to achieve Sales & Marketing objectives.
* Responsible in corresponding to sales inquires and maintain required documentation
* Responsible in organizing and managing e-mail marketing campaigns, preparation of marketing documentation/presentations whilst proactively involved in online and social media marketing / Responsible in carrying out SEO (Search Engine Optimizer for attracting more visitors to the website)
* Performing product demo’s to prospective clients online or In person
* Work closely with the marketing team and support in developing marketing plans and sales collateral
* Responsible in market and competitor analysis
* Responsible in detailed analysis to identify sector based specific requirements based on inquiries, market dynamics and accountable in gathering competitor information pertaining to the sector and formulate growth strategies.
* Managing the company’s website
Preferred Profile:
* An Undergraduate in Bsc. Information Technology who has potential in carrying out on line marketing functions.
* Previous experience with web based marketing in travel industry would be an advantage
* Very good experience in use of social networks such as facebook, linkedln, twitter, participating in blogs etc
* You should possess excellent Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills in English
* You should be highly motivated, energetic and result oriented with a strong capability in Sales & Marketing techniques.
* Highly disciplined and ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
* Should be a very good team player
