Selected candidate should be below 40 yrs and have a Degree! Diploma in HRM from a recognized university / institution with minimum of 3 yrs experience in HRM covering the key result areas from a reputed organization. Knowledge in ISO systems, Ability to lead people to handle multiple tasks and willing to work long hrs is an essential competency to seek.
