We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and dedicated individual with strong business leadership and interpersonal skills to take up a challenging position and contribute to the growth of the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head of Division in managing Marketing, Advertising, Product Development and Promotional Activities of the PEON brand
• Prepare marketing communication strategies (ATL,BTL,TTL) to support overall business/brand objectives
• Liaise with external Agencies for creative, media handling, digital executions of the brand
• Set estimates and plan the Marcomm budget for the year and adhere to budgets
• Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements and marketing promotional material
• Identify, conceptualize and execute marketing communication campaigns
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies
The ideal candidate should;
• Be between 25 — 35yrs
• Possess a marketing qualification in full/partly from a reputed body (CIM/SLIM) or Similar Qualification
• Have minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Brand Marketing
• Have excellent communication skills — English/Sinhala (Written & Spoken)
• Have strategic thinking & sound business judgment
• Have good Customer Relation Management skills
• Be enthusiastic, hardworking, dependable & responsible
• An excellent Team Player
