Technical Support Engineer/IT
Requirements:
– MCTS, Computer Hardware/ Networking certificate, ICT Diploma level or equivalent.
– Good interpersonal skills and willing to Learn new technologies at a quick pace.
– Strong knowledge of operating systems platforms(Linux), updates, upgrades and troubleshooting.
– Exposure to server operations and troubleshooting is advantageous.
– Excellent written and spoken command of the English Language is mandatory.
– At least six months experience in a technical support environment is preferred.
– A pleasant, outgoing and service oriented personality.
– On-site Service Desk Support.
