Secretary – Product Marketing
Job Role:
• Ability to attend to correspondence independently and maintain systematic filing.
• Be able to prepare reports and documents when required.
• Compose and distribute meeting minutes.
• Should be responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
• Maintain the calendar plan by scheduling and fixing meetings.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information by using both verbal and written communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination and have a distinction in English at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in the field of secretarial studies.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain clear records.
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Be professional and result oriented.
• Be willing to work long hours if the need arises.
• Should maintain confidentiality to the utmost at all times.
