We have invested in a USA based Medical Billing, Coding & Collection services company and are in the look out for experienced staff to join the support operations in Colombo.

This position will manage and improve the overall revenue cycle of assigned client accounts while providing an exceptional level of customer service to our US client base and coordinate with US and Sri Lankan based operations teams.
Duties/Responsibilities:-
• Identify and handle medical billing, reimbursements and coding issues
• Work directly with clients and team members to help resolve open issues and address concerns
• Manage and maintain data files for multiple clients
• Review new client set up according to communicated policies and task lists
• Complete month-end process and review month-end reports for each assigned client
• Monthly AR analysis for each assigned client / conduct review meetings with clients
• Liaise between US and Sri Lanka based medical billing teams to understand and maintain client expectations
• Coordinate and communicate with clients on new or existing process(s) according to medical documentation and billing guidelines.
• Inform and recommendation clients of updates to compliance guidelines set as per local,/ state / federal requirements in consultation with coders
Desired Qualification / Skills:-
• Soft skills including communication, correspondence, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Detailed-oriented and able to productively, independently manage high volumes of work.
• 06-12 months experience in the medical billing industry in preferred — Billing, Denials Management, Collections, Payment Posting, experience working on multiple Practice Management EHR systems
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language skills
• Knowledge of the US medical industry are a MUST
