Job Description:
– To forecast, plan and review monthly recruitment targets.
– Managing a team of recruiters to handle recruitment activities of US Staffing.
– Helping & guiding the team to achieve objectives and keep them motivated.
– At least 4 to 5 years of experience as Recruitment Manager for US clients / US Staffing.
– Familiarity with all US Tax Terms which includes 1099, Corp to Corp, W2 (Hourly/Annual), and TN Visa.
