Centrepoint Homes (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of the Fairway Group currently engaged in supplying imported kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and engineered timber doors to the retail and project markets in Sri Lanka. We are currently engaged in setting up a uPVC fabrication plant in Sri Lanka.
The Production manager of the uPVC Fabrication Plant will be required to:
– Manage the overall operations of the uPVC fabrication Plant.
– Plan, organise and manage the procurement of materials as per market demands and requirements.
The ideal candidate should:
– Have a very good understanding of the uPVC manufacturing process in order to produce high quality uPVC Doors and windows as per the requirements and market demands.
– Have at least 5-10 years of work experience in managing a uPVC fabrication plant.
– Be able to independently carryout production planning, scheduling, monitoring and assuring on time completion and delivery of products by optimising the resources available.
– Possess a good command of written and spoken English.
– Have good communication skills and computer literacy.
– Be below 50 years of age.
Experience and knowledge of URBAN Machinery and VEKA profiles will be a distinct advantage.
