Human Resources Assistant (Job Code – HR – 12092)

Job Profile:

– Coordinate all HR activities of the Group and assist the Head of Human Capital and the Manger Human Capital.
– Handling all matters related to staff insurance of the group.
– Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential information.

Personal and skills Profile:-

– Certificate in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute.
– Should have an adequate knowledge and the preference will be given to those who have a minimum of 02 year’s of working experience in a similar capacity.
– Should be below 25 years of age.
– Should posses a fair knowledge in Labour Laws, EPF and ETF.
– Should possess a good command of English, both oral and written and must be computer literate (MS Office Applications)
– Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a self starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.
