Executive Compliance Operations Centre- Colombo
You will be responsible to Perform the following activities in order to fulfill Compliance objectives of the MAS Active division.
Your Responsibilities Include:
– Assist the Divisional compliance team in conducting internal compliance audits in Labor Compliance & C-TPAT at MAS Active business units, whilst compiling reports of the same.
– Handle pre and post Customer labor compliance audits and C-TPAT audits for the MAS Active business units.
– Handle Off -site labor compliance audits as and when required.
– Conduct internal labour audits and rate them prior to the customer audits in order to identify improvement points thereby facilitate the plant to tndergo the customer audits and achieve required labour standards
– Ensure on a monthly basis that on-site service providers labour compliance requirements are met at all MAS Active business units.
– Collect work hours report from all business units and compile divisional overtime report in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Degree! Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Compliance.
– Good project management skills.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Dedicated and positive attitude towards work.
