Job Profile:
1. Prior experience in handling A4 Laser & Ink Printer/MFP repair and maintenance.
2. Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to Printer HW and PC connectivity, Install and reinstall software packages and updates when required.
3. Travel to client sites for Printer HW technical support on-site and fix problems onsite.
4. Resolve problems with printers at the component level would be added qualification.
S, Offer technical support for activities associated with the identification, and resolution of reported problems.
6. Handle all administrative tasks within the time limit.
7. Must be a team player, and complete task with ownership.

Qualifications and Skills expected:
– Should possess of GCE A/L examination with minimum 03 Simple passes.
– NVQ Level 04 and above or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institute.
– Minimum 03 years’ working experience in Hardware Technical and IT Repair sector.
– Good communication in English and Sinhala languages, both verbal and written.
– Good troubleshooting skills on MS-Windows and Intel based computer hardware.
– Age should below 35 years.
– Be able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow-up on problems with proper solutions.
– Ability to work independently in a challenging and flexi working environment.
