We are in search of a dynamic individual for the under mentioned position in the Company.
Post of Receptionist cum Telephone Operator
An opportunity for a young, cheerful individual with a pleasant personality and passion to serve others. Since the position acts as the single point of contact for all external and internal callers, the candidate would be mainly accountable for:
• Ensuring all incoming calls are screened and answered to meet the caller’s requirements.
• Ensure professionalism in handling visitors both with prior appointment and without.
• Projecting a professional image in the reception area.
The ideal candidate should have passed GCE Advanced Level Examination, aged between 22 – 30 years, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
The selected candidate will be given an attractive remuneration package.
