– Bachelors in Computer Science, preferably liii qualified with 5 years relevant experience in Database, networking, applications quality assurance, and process review.
Key responsibilities include:
– Develop and maintain IT policies, standards and procedures.
– Ensure quality delivery of IT products and services.
– Manage audits and compliance.
– Implement and monitor quality standards.
– Ensure IT activities are at par with organizational standards and policies.
– Create and implement KPls for IT and other departments.
– Manage service desk.
