Compliance to all statutory requirements. Responsible for total cycle of Human Capital from joining to exit. Time keeping, attendance, leave management and pay roll administration. Ascertaining the specific training needs of employees and accordingly arranging training programs for improving learning curve. Employee performance management, performance Employee Engagement. Ensure compliance to policies and adherence to organization culture. Ability to communicate and co-ordinate with functional heads for coordination and resolution.
